Added a small page curl to the bottom of the menu of every page.
Tracer and hit counter enhanced once again.
Ban list implemented. If you try to access the administrative part of this webserver and are not an authorized user, you will recieve a number of tries and then your IP will be banned. This should pose no problem to regular users.
